Wow, what an awesome show we had this year. I can't say enough about all the great cars, trucks
and bikes, not to mention all the sweet ladies that came out for the Miss Beatersville
contest. Well hopefully next year we can raise the bar even higher. We've already talked about
more trophy classes and "Bambinoville" a place for the smaller rodders to hang out. Heres the

Well, 2010 is off to a hell of a start. We've added some new sponsors, Derby City Chop Shop
Louisville Vintage Motorworks, Kwik Blast Sand Blasting and The Dread Naughts. Thanks to
those guys for pitching in and of course Spinellis Pizzaria has been with us since the begining and
Identity Customs. You will notice that I am finally getting around to updating the site too, well,
what can I say, I'm lazy. Hope you enjoy all the new content. Look for new picture links and a
ton of new links. If we forgot about one just drop a line. Keep a look out for this years music line-

5-11-09 Pre-registration ends this Thursday, May 14th at noon. Don't miss out
on your chance to save five bones over regular gate admission. Also all you lovely ladies out there
that want to be in the Miss Beatersville Contest, send us a head shot and a little info about yourself

Big news everybody, this years Beatersville will be the biggest so far. We've been given
permission from the city to close off Baxter Avenue in front of Phoenix Hill to make room for more cars! This is huge, and should make enough room for at least another 100.

Hey y'all looks like the music line-up for this years show is done. First up coming back for a second helping is Mandy Marie and The Cool Hand Lukes. They rocked our faces off last year, I would imagine the same this year. Next up from parts unknown, The Alphabet Bombers, this is one of only a few shows they will do this year. Don't miss out! King Sonic, a Beatersville favorite will be back again this year. A newbie to Beatersville, Hambone from right here in the Louisville area will be laying down some kick ass blues.. Last but not least Th' Empires, from Bloomington. Some of the faces will look familiar as memebers of The Phantom Cruisers make up this rockin two piece.Set times coming soon.

Hello everyone,
We hope that the beginning of your holiday season is going well, and that all the parts and
tools you're wishing make it under the tree.
Things are a go for this years Beatersville so go ahead and mark your calendar,
Sunday May, 24th at the Phoenix Hill Tavern in Louisville. We're still
working on bands, but if you happen to be in one and would like for us to
consider you for the show, drop us a line.
Want to vend at this years show? Take a look at the vendor page for details and be sure
to get in on the pre-registration to save yourself some dough. You gonna bring your ride,
we hope so, pre-registration for cars is here and be sure to take a look at the standards.

10:00 AM Car registration starts at and is only $25 and includes up to, two adult admissions. Regular adult admission is $5, under twelve free.

1:00 PM the Miss Beatersville contest starts, be sure to vote for you favorite. Ladies interested in the Miss Beatersville contest should contact us by email to register before the event. Registration will be available at the show but it is highly recommended that it is done before the show so we can get your picture on the net. Details about the contest can be found on www.beatersville.com. Last years winner, Missy Anne went home with over $400.00 in cash!

12-21-07, Well guys I thought that would be it for the year, but we just finished up on a video from the 2007 show. 7-29-07, Well folks we have had just about enough time to get over the hangovers from Beatersville and the Road Rocket Rumble and are looking forward to the Street Rod Nationals this weekend in Louisville. If you are comin in we are having a little get together of folk at the Monkey Wrench 1025 Barrett Ave, (502)582-2433 on Saturday August 4th starting at 8PM. Fernando will be playing some tunes, there will be low brow art by some of the areas finest artist, food and drink and we will be screening the Road Rocket Rumble DVD. Oh yeah, don't forget to mark your calendar for Beatersville 2008, same weekend, same place, new paint and chrome!

5-18-07, Today is the final day to get your ride pre-registered for next Sundays show. So get registered for only $15 via paypal here. Or get your registration in the mail. If we don't get it by Monday yer gonna be outta luck. We have had a great response for the Miss Beatersville contest so far but there is still time for you gals to get registered. It is free and one of yous is gonna go home will a pocket full of dough. For all the details on the contest go to the awards tab and scroll down to Miss Beatersville. Also, just a reminder, NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGES. You guys know the rules, lets not get shut down!

5-9-07, We are getting down to the wire now hope all those projects are coming together. I know I am getting close on mine, fingers crossed. Anyway we have about two weeks left to get pre-registered so if you are thinking you are gonna make it go ahead and get registered and save yourself 5 bucks. I have been getting some emails about places to stay, here are a couple of ideas, Holiday Inn Broadway and Residance Inn Downtown. They are both within five minutes of Phoenix Hill Tavern. Thanks again for all the support and if you guys need anything else just drop a line.

4-9-07, Ok Guys the line up is confirmed and posters are made. First off our line up this year will include, King Sonic, Muddy Nasty River, featuring Dirty Dave from the Glasspack, the Phantom Cruisers. More info on set times comin soon.

2-13-07, We went up to Indy on Friday night and got to see some really nice rides in the wing that was hosted by the Road Rockets. Good going fellas, looks like you all have been busy this winter. Also a shout out the the Indy High Winders for puttin on the show.

11-24-06 Well, I don't know about you guys, but I had a blast going to shows this past summer and know I am planning out what I will be cooking up in the garage over the winter. I got my eye on a Nice sporty rebuild that I hope to have ready for Beatersville this year. Just to let everyone know I will be sending out some info to the mailing list real soon. We are getting amped up for this year already and should have info on bands, vedors and sponsors very soon. Hope you had a good Turkey Day!

6-20-06,Ok so you wanna stay privy to all the latest info, well sign up for the email list. We will try not to bother you too much, just the important stuff. Beech Bend was a blast this weekend, some really nice cars there.
If you haven't been, put it on your calendar for next year. Sure
They have all the dudes with the food trays and what-not, but you really can't beat those old school dragsters and gassers.

6-09-06, Well it is offical, Beatersville will become an
annual event. Make plans for next year same weekend, the Sunday
before Memorial Day, May 27th. We will make a couple of changes and most to help you guys better enjoy the show. I wanted to take a minute to appoligize about the awards. Things got a little weird around 6. We originaly planned for the awards to be given out after the Starlight Drifters but due to the weather and a bunch of folks tring to keep there cars out of the rain we had to make due with what we had.

to say that, well this Sunday is the big day. It is NOT to late to register! Pre-registration is finish via the site, but if you didn't get in on that you can still register at the gate on Sunday. It is gonna cost you 5 bucks more, $20, but you will still get to show off that ride of yours. You guys be safe on the road and we will see you Sunday.
