Each entry must be accompanied by registration fee, pre-registration: $25 before 5-18-12, $30 there after including
day of the show. If pre-registering please provide photos of your car if you have any questions about it meeting with
Beatersville standards.
Each entry will receive a dash plaque*, a chance at any award, admittance of one car, truck, motorcycle or non-
motorized and admission for the driver and one passenger. Due to the high demand for parking spaces
HOLDING SPACES IS NOT PERMITTED.
Anyone that pre-registers must be at the show before 11AM or your space maybe released and you will receive n
refund. All drivers must be licensed to drive and have proper liability insurance. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS
ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY, NO BURNOUTS. Beatersville is rain or shine!

I agree that the promoters of Beatersville Car and Bike Show, all of its partners and sponsors are NOT responsible
for loss or injury to myself, or my property. If unable to attend I expect no refund and I have fully read and
understand the show standards that are on beatersville.com.
