What you will selling:

Each 10x10 space is $65 until May 14^th $80 there after, including day of. Electricity is
limited but available. If your products don’t match what is listed above you maybe ask
to leave the show without a refund. All vendors must have liability insurance. The event
is rain or shine.
Complete the above and return to us with a check or money order to: Beatersville Car
and Bike Show, 120 Webster Street, Suite 115, Louisville, KY 40206. Arrangements
can be made for Paypal upon request.
Vendors may set up as early as 6AM, however there will be no Beatersville Staff
available. All vendors must be set up by 9:30 and all non-show vehicles MUST be off
the lot by 9AM
I agree that Beatersville Car and Bike Show as well as all partners and sponsors are in
no way responsible for any loss or injury to myself or my property and any and all
liability for such loss or damage shall be assumed by me or my insurer. If I am unable
to attend the show for any reason, I do not expect a refund.
